Mine Brewing Co isn't trying to be fancy; it's just good people making good beer in St Ives, and they've opened their doors so you can watch it happen whilst you drink. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, the kind of place where locals actually congregate rather than somewhere designed for Instagram. Their ales are solid, the staff know what they're talking about, and there's something satisfying about supporting a real operation rather than another chain bar down the seafront.
