It's the kind of spot that justifies the walk up to Tate St Ives, even if you're not spending the afternoon in the galleries. The setup is refreshingly straightforward: decent seasonal cooking, a bar that knows what it's doing, and staff who aren't precious about any of it. On a clear day, this is one of the best places to watch the light change across the beach and beyond.
