Fiesta de Cuba (Swindon)

You're heading to Greenbridge Retail Park for dinner and stumbling into Havana. Fiesta de Cuba does the whole thing properly—the kind of place where you get actual Cuban flavours rather than a vague tropical approximation. The menu reads like you've walked into a proper Havana spot: ropa vieja that's been slow-cooked right, fresh mojo pork, and rice and beans that taste like someone's mum made them. Service is warm and genuine, staff actually know what they're talking about, and the mojitos will either be your best decision or the start of a very good evening. It's casual enough that you won't feel out of place in jeans, but clearly done with proper care.
