Push through the doors at Rios and you're transported—the smell of chargrilled meat fills the room, the place is rammed with people actually enjoying themselves, and you realise this is what Swindon's been missing. The rodizio concept means skilled servers work the room with skewers of different cuts, slicing meat straight onto your plate while you signal how hungry you are. It's carnivore theatre, basically.
