Inside, it's compact and deliberately understated—the kind of place where the food does all the talking. Goodfellows has clearly won over locals with consistently excellent cooking and genuine hospitality. The kitchen clearly knows what it's doing, whether that's seasonal British fare or more adventurous plates, executed with real precision and respect for ingredients. Service is warm without being fussy, which sets the right tone for somewhere this accomplished.
