Walk into Milfey and you're immediately hit with that unmistakable smell of butter and caramelised sugar—the kind of place that makes you understand why the French take their pastries seriously. Brighton Road isn't particularly glamorous, but that's exactly where this little operation thrives, no fuss, no Instagram theatre, just excellent pastry work. You'll find yourself coming back for the mille-feuilles (obviously), but don't sleep on the croissants and the seasonal specials that actually change based on what's good, not what's trendy.
