You'll find yourself drawn to the floor-to-ceiling windows the moment you walk in—that's the whole point of Perch. Right on Beach Parade, you're basically perched (see what they did there) above the seafront action, watching dogs, cyclists and the odd optimistic paddleboarder drift past whilst you nurse your flat white.
