The industrial bones of J Shed have been softened with warm lighting and contemporary Indian artwork, creating a space that feels both modern and welcoming. The kitchen takes familiar curry house favourites and gives them a proper upgrade – think fragrant biryanis with perfectly spiced rice, creamy kormas that don't rely on food colouring, and tandoor dishes with actual char. The wine list is decent enough, but the cocktails are where they really shine, with Indian-spiced twists on classics that pair brilliantly with the food.
