You'll find this sleek Japanese spot right on Chapel Ash, and it's genuinely good sushi in a city that desperately needed it. The fish is fresh, the rice properly seasoned, and they're not trying to reinvent the wheel with bizarre fusion nonsense. Their salmon nigiri is spot-on, and the katsu curry hits different when you need something warming after a freezing Wolverhampton winter. The place stays open until midnight every day, which is brilliant when you're craving proper Japanese food after everything else has shut. Staff know their stuff and aren't precious about explaining what's what if you're new to sushi. Prices are fair for what you get – this isn't bargain basement stuff, but it won't bankrupt you either.
