The industrial-meets-ranch decor sets the scene for what's essentially a carnivore's playground, with exposed brick, neon signs, and enough Americana to make you forget you're a stone's throw from Wolverhampton city centre. The pulled pork comes properly bark-crusted and falls apart at the touch of a fork, while the beef brisket arrives thick-cut and gloriously pink. Portions are genuinely enormous – the sharing platters could feed a small football team. Yes, it's theatrical and yes, the cowboy theme borders on pantomime, but when your ribs arrive slathered in that sweet, smoky sauce, you won't care about the kitsch.
